We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If for some reason you are dissatisfied, you can return the product to us within 30 days of the initial purchase date:
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging. Please make sure you properly repackage your items to ensure items are not damaged or they will not receive credit.
  • Please email our customer service for a RMA# before sending back the return.
  • Tracked and insured service are recommended as we are not responsible if the items are not received back.
  • If the return/exchange is because of product defects or wrong shipment, the shipping cost will be covered by us. For any other reasons, the shipping and return cost should be covered by the buyer.
